Ms. Cica is a partner in the firm's Bankruptcy practice group. Her practice focuses on all transactional aspects of Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights, including workouts, restructurings, settlements and asset sales.

Ms. Cica was previously with the international law firm of Shearman & Sterling. More recently she was the general counsel of Mountain Spa Development, which developed a 680 acre master planned community and golf course and the Sommer Family Trust, which purchased and redeveloped the Aladdin Hotel and Casino.

Ms. Cica has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of financial and real estate transactions, including financing transactions (debt and equity), land acquisition, land development, construction lending and negotiation of construction contracts, acquisitions, asset purchases and all transactional matters related to restructuring and bankruptcy, including negotiating and documenting strategic resolutions, debtor in possession financings and asset sales.

Ms. Cica has participated in several major Nevada bankruptcies, including Riviera Hotel & Casino, Station Casinos, Lake Las Vegas, Consolidated Resorts, Viansa Winery, the Aladdin Resort, Tower Homes, Village at Centennial Springs and USA Capital.
