Ms. Dutton is a CPA with over 28 years in business management.

As CEO of ESO Business Services Int'l, she provides critical tools, guidance and leadership to small and mid-size companies focused on 4 KEY Strateges: Revenue Growth, Cost Control, Enhanced Profitability and Increased Cash Flow. She specializes in turn around situations that need management support in administration, operations and finance.

Ms. Dutton is also the author of " A Woman's Ladder To Success is Paved with Broken Glass Ceilings", published January 2007, available at Amazon.com, she has published several articles and has been heard and seen on TV and radio shows regarding her findings in the area of breaking the glass ceiling.

Diane was a 7 year member of the Executive Board of the NSCPA, and AICPA Ambassador speaking on behalf of the CPA Profession. She is also a member of TMA, CEO-CFO Group, NAFE, NAWBO and Women and Network.

Ms. Dutton holds an MBA and BBA from Pace University, NYC Campus and is a Nevada CPA, 1980.

During her career, she has held positions in public accounting,COO,CFO, and VP of Finance and Investor Relations

In her various roles, Ms. Dutton has managed the M&A Process, Debt offerings and divestiture processes for several companies.
