Grimes is a management and financial consultant and has been an active member of TMA Nevada for several years. He was the CFO of Gaming Partners International Corporation, a gaming equipment supplier, and previously, vice-president of Artemis International, Inc., a natural color distributor. Grimes also was CFO and then president and CEO of Waterfurnace Renewable Energy, Inc., a manufacturer of residential and commercial geothermal heating and cooling systems. His resume includes extensive experience in both finance and operations. He earned an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a BS in accountancy along with a masters degree in accounting science from the University of Illinois.
