Leo Schafer is the Current Chairman and a Past President of the CEO-CFO Group and sits on the Board of Advisors for the Nevada Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (a Past President). Aside from his employment with Bank of Nevada, Leo owns two companies and comes from a family of entrepreneurs. His background has been all banking for the last 10 years, and he is currently VP Senior Lending Officer with Bank of Nevada Commercial Banking. Leo originally started with Colorado National Bank in Fraud Investigations while studying Bio-Chemistry in college. After acquisitions with US Bank, Leo shifted employment to Wells Fargo Bank and then Bank of America, where he honed his skills in lending to the middle market business segment.
