Leo Schafer is the current Chairman and past President of the Las Vegas CEO-CFO Group and is on the advisory committee for the Las Vegas Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (past Board Member Membership and also a Past President). Leo was the 2009 TMA of Nevada Banker of the Year.

Aside from his employment with Bank of Nevada as a VP Senior Special Assets Officer, Leo owns a small wholesale company and is an advisor for his brother's privately owned company. However, his background is centered on banking and has been for almost 15 years.
