Welcome to the 2008 TMA Nevada season. We are proud to share with you that our local chapter is one of the fastest growing of all chapters of this national and international non-profit organization. We grew our membership by 64% last year and now have 60 members who have a great professional pedigree. This year promises to be even more of a block buster! We promise 2008 to be an even more interesting and enriching year both educationally and professionally for our members. The reason we say this is because over the past summer we went directly to our membership and surveyed their expectations of what they wanted from the TMA. We learned three resounding things:

TMA MEMBER SURVEY RESULTS:

First: You wanted to learn how to be better business professionals, particularly where issues of companies in distress or in fast, young growth were concerned.

Second: You wanted your TMA Nevada experience to be relevant to where you live, right here in Nevada, particularly in Las Vegas.

Third: You wanted your TMA Nevada experience to offer you opportunities for enhancing your local business prospects.

RESULT SUMMARY: BECOME A MEMBER AND...

As a result of your input, your local Board of Directors has designed a service delivery of programs and opportunities to you that meet your needs. It is OUR VALUE PROPOSITION TO YOU. However, and here's the hard sell, for you to get the full benefit of the services TMA Nevada offers, you have to join our national association, TMA. The annual fee for membership is $275. Here is what your money will buy you and more importantly what you have to look forward to in 2008:

TMA NEVADA VALUE PROPOSITION

You will be listed on our local resource internet directory and eventually, our hard copy directory. A great marketing opportunity for you.

You will become eligible to be an official speaker/panelist to local professional associations of which TMA Nevada has forged alliances. This is our Speaker/Ambassador Program. Another great marketing opportunity for you.

You will learn to be better in your business by attending our 2008 events, many have been professionally developed to both educate you and offer to you, professional certification for your attendance.

You will be exposed to business opportunities by attending our 2008 events, all the subjects and panelists will be speaking to those opportunities.

Your participation in our program committees, at our events, and in our Speaker/Ambassador program will serve as powerful networking opportunities for you.

You will further develop your skills in leadership by your participation on our program committees and where available, being eligible to serve on our Board of Directors.

Finally, as a member of our national organization there are a host of features and benefits offered to you of which you can read about in this brochure, which is yours to keep. You will find the brochure at table and at the registration table. Please note that there is a membership application inside and at the registration table, we will be happy to help you register.
