Overview:

Our February 24 event, featuring Harrah's Entertainment, will be the second in a series TMA of Nevada started last year called, Nevada's Turnaround Grit: Stories of How Nevada Companies are Overcoming their Financial Challenges.

Jonathan Halkyard and Jan Jones will share how, subsequent to going private, Harrah's restructured its debt to better position the company to meet the challenges of a declining economy and subsequently has been transforming itself to be in a position of strength as the economy revives. Recognizing that Harrah's and the gaming industry won't be returning to business as usual, they'll describe how they are moving the entire organization to come to terms with this new reality, and learning to think and operate differently to achieve new successes.
