The Turnaround Management Association of Nevada will deliver Part Two of its popular series focusing on "Turnaround Opportunities in Today's Economic Climate". The March 26 session is, "The Fallout from the Sub-Prime Market: How Is It Affecting Nevada, Where Are There Turnaround Opportunities".

Mr. Laus Abdo:	Laus M. Abdo, Executive Vice President, Diversified Interests, Inc. Mr. Abdo is an executive with a commercial real estate development company which specializes in office and retail development, ownership and management. Mr. Abdo's responsibilities include; acquisition, financing, project management leasing and asset management. Mr. Abdo has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate market. Mr. Abdo started his career in 1985 with Paine Webber and ultimately took the capital markets experience and contacts to the commercial real estate industry. Mr. Abdo has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University. Mr. Abdo lives in Las Vegas with his wife and two children.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/refunds may not be made on-line.

MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Event registration(s) may be cancelled provided notice of cancellation is sent in writing to us by using filling out our contact form (choose "RSVP Change Notice") and received more than 7 calendar days before the Event. If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid will be paid within 30 days after the Event. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other similar TMA NV Event held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original Event.

LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a Event.
