Overview:
TMA Nevada's April Program will focus on the current and critical issues of credit and funding and how banking is changing. The recent systemic challenges to the financial universe have dramatically altered the landscape for businesses that rely on credit to operate and grow. Find out how the situation looks from the inside from professionals who deal with funding issues every day. So far our line up includes: Bank of Nevada CEO, Bruce Hendricks, Financial Institution consultant and former FDIC examiner, Cory Schwab, and we will have one other senior executive versed in asset-based lending, conduct a panel discussion that is sure to be interesting, insightful and useful for anyone who does business in today's evolving financial environment.

Bruce Hendricks
Bruce Hendricks, CEO of Bank of Nevada, is a 37-year banking veteran who began his career in Las Vegas in 1969. He previously served as executive vice president and regional president of the Sahara Regional Office of Bank of Nevada. Active in the community, Hendricks is a former president and member of the board of directors of the UNLV Alumni Association. He is also a past president of the Las Vegas Central Rotary Club and a former board member for the Academy of Finance at Clark High School.

Cory Schwab
Cory Schwab founded One Consulting in response to the need he saw for financial industry expertise in the western and southwestern United States. He has more than 12 years of industry experience, including previous consulting work with RSM McGladrey. As a consultant, he was responsible for managing compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and lead and participated in audits and reviews for financial institutions ranging in size from $40 million to over $50 billion. Prior to joining RSM McGladrey, Schwab served as a safety and soundness examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in its Kansas City, San Francisco and Phoenix offices. During his eight-year tenure, he assisted financial institutions in the development of operational and regulatory controls and monitored compliance with regulations and enforcement actions.
William "Bill" Uelmen
Bill joined M&I 20 years ago. Beginning in 1992, he served as President and Investment Officer of various Nevada investment subsidiaries, a position he holds today. Bill also consults with a number of financial institutions on their asset/liability models. Prior to his involvement with M&I in Nevada, where he served as an Operations Officer and Investment Specialist with the investment department of M&I Bank in Milwaukee, WI. He earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse. Bill currently holds a Series 52 63 licenses (Municipal Securities)

Mr. Wisman's current responsibilities include overseeing the operations and functions of SouthwestUSA Corporation and SouthwestUSA Bank, working in conjunction with the Boards of Directors to establish the organization's goals and strategies to expand business by offering the highest quality products and services to our clients.
Mr. Wisman is recognized and respected by industry executives and by regulators as an expert leader of financial institutions. During his 38 years of banking, he has built, reshaped and merged financial institutions using his adept skills in organization, supervision, negotiation and strategic planning. In 2007, Wisman was honored as a person of Influence in financial institutions in Las Vegas by In Business, a Las Vegas business newspaper.
Wisman was the founder of Preferred Business Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm catering to financial institutions and businesses. Prior to his leadership roles, Wisman has had extensive experience in lending (commercial, retail, agricultural, residential, income property and commercial real estate) and business development, performing these roles in California, Washington, Idaho, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and West Virginia. Mr. Wisman was recently elected to the Board of Directors of the Las Vegas chapter of Turnaround Management Association and is Nevada's only Certified Turnaround Professional.

If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid will be paid within 30 days after the Event. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other similar TMA NV Event held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original Event.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant.
FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a Event.
