Overview:

TMA Nevada proudly presents an actual case analysis and a study of a major Las Vegas Strip gaming property (who shall remain anonymous) facing bankruptcy. The case, its analysis and discussion will be lead by a distinguished panel of experts who have experience and first-hand knowledge of the circumstances. They will be reviewing the debt, equity, financial performance, liquidity, default imminence, loan covenants and negotiating deadlines. The panelists will take us through each one of these considerations with a view towards how to create and negotiate the best deal in a tough situation.

Our moderators, Brett Axelrod, shareholder of Greenberg Traurig and specialist in gaming & business reorganization & bankruptcy and Gregory E. Garman, shareholder in the Las Vegas law firm of Gordon Silver, who specializes in the practice of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy will be leading fellow panelists: Matthew L. Brett A. Axelrod, a shareholder in the Las Vegas office's business reorganization and bankruptcy group, focuses her practice on the representation of Chapter 11 debtors, unsecured creditors' committees, purchasers of bankruptcy assets and secured creditors. Gregory E. Garman

Gregory Garman is a shareholder in the business restructuring and bankruptcy department at Gordon Silver, Mr. Garman's practice is concentrated in commercial and corporate bankruptcy and restructuring. He regularly represents debtors, trustees, official committees, secured creditors and other parties in matters involving hospitality, lending, high tech, gaming, airlines and real estate among others.

Since joining the firm in 1997, Mr. Garman has played an integral role in the business restructuring and bankruptcy department's successes. His strong judgment and negotiating skills as well as his "big picture" outlook have earned him recognition from his peers and is continually recognized by "Best Lawyers in America" and Nevada Superlawyers.

Based upon his experience and expertise, Mr. Garman has lectured on diverse legal issues that range from the intersection of bankruptcy code and landlord-tenant law, to best practices in electronic data discovery.

Mr. Garman serves on the firm's executive committee and is a firm representative to Lawyers Associated Worldwide, an association of independent law firms located in over 100 major commercial centers throughout the world. He is also a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys, Clark County Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Mr. Garman admitted in Nevada and received his Juris Doctorate from the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University.

Matt Nelson is a senior vice president and team lead in Wells Fargo's Loan Adjustment Group. Matt has substantial experience in gaming and hospitality finance, having been a Managing Director with Wells Fargo Foothill's Hospitality Finance Group before joining the Loan Adjustment Group. Prior to his career as a banker, Matt was a commercial finance and restructuring attorney in private practice. Matt is a frequent lecturer on loan workouts and restructuring and is a published author. Matt has served on several boards, and is currently the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the American Bar Association Board of Governors.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Sordillo is a partner in the Reorganization Services Group of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP. Mr Sordillo has specialized in the provision of restructuring advisory services to companies, senior lenders, unsecured creditors, hedge funds and private capital providers in the troubled credit environment. He has guided management teams, stakeholders, and investors in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, capital raising efforts and distressed M&A transactions. Mr. Sordillo's experience also includes a significant amount of forensic and dispute advisory work in connection with business litigation, asset recovery and hedge fund failures.

Over the past twelve years, Mr. Sordillo has worked exclusively in the troubled business environment. He has been a principal investor in turnaround situations as well as an advisor in a variety of industries including energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, hedge funds, gaming, healthcare, and retail. His experience includes a significant amount of transnational insolvency practice. Most recently, he has been active serving financial institutions in disputes with counterparties pursuant to failed investment opportunities and in connection with various questions of financial record keeping.

Prior to joining Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, Mr. Sordillo worked for six years as a restructuring advisor in the corporate finance practice of Ernst & Young LLC. Mr. Sordillo has significant financial accounting experience and spent 7 years as an auditor. He has also spent time as a portfolio manager in the U.S merchant banking business of TD Bank Financial Group and has most recently served as a senior restructuring advisor in the turnaround and restructuring pracrtice of AlixPartners LLC.

Mr. Tuvlin began his career on Wall Street in the Leverage Finance and Restructuring Group at Merrill Lynch in June 1992 as an analyst. The group was renamed Global Leverage Finance in the mid 90's. Mr. Tuvlin spent 2.5 years in London starting Merrill's European Leverage Finance Group from 1998 to early 2000. Upon returning to New York, Mr. Tuvlin was responsible for originating and executing high yield bonds, leverage loans and mezzanine securities for clients and financial sponsors in the media and gaming industries. Mr. Tuvlin left Merrill as Managing Director in early 2008 to start his own financial advisory and consulting firm - Stuyvesant Square Advisors, Inc. Stuyvesant Square Advisors is focused on providing sophisticated financial and financing advice to corporate, Native American and municipal clients in the gaming industry.

Mr. Tuvlin earned his BA in economics from the University of Rochester in 1991 and his MBA in finance and marketing from the University of Rochester's Simon School of Business in 1992.

Cancellations/refunds may not be made on-line.

MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Event registration(s) may be cancelled provided notice of cancellation is sent in writing to us by using filling out our contact form (choose "RSVP Change Notice") and received more than 7 calendar days before the Event. If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid will be paid within 30 days after the Event. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other similar TMA NV Event held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original Event.

LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a Event.
