June 3, 2008 – Las Vegas – The Turnaround Management Association of Nevada is “on a roll” and the best kept business networking secret in Las Vegas is now becoming the “talk of the town” and becoming a model for others to follow. In its effort to deliver business opportunities to its members while providing provocative and accredited business education, TMA Nevada brings to you another expert panel. This time, on Wednesday June 25, it delivers how the green movement in real estate development in the state is impacting and transforming existing projects into eco-friendly developments as well as revealing the secrets behind the process of taking cutting edge concepts on the planning board and turning them into cost and practicable money-making green realities. A distinguished panel is currently under confirmation from the disciplines of real estate development, architecture, public advocacy, building and finance, coordinated to bring a provocative discussion pointing to business opportunities to TMA members. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/refunds may not be made on-line.

MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Event registration(s) may be cancelled provided notice of cancellation is sent in writing to us by using filling out our contact form (choose "RSVP Change Notice") and received more than 7 calendar days before the Event. If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid will be paid within 30 days after the Event. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other similar TMA NV Event held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original Event.

LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a Event.
