Overview:
We are organizing one big table for everyone to gather around at McCormick and Schmick and we will create a flexible agenda to keep the discussion on track. Some topics of discussion will be, but are not limited to, traditional work-out stories, repositioning product lines and images, turning around employee attitudes and levels of productivity. Members will have the opportunity to get to know each other.

restructures, and banking and lending. She chairs her law firm's bankruptcy and creditors'
rights practice. She is the former chair of the Arizona State Bar Bankruptcy Section
and chaired the Arizona State Bankruptcy Rules Committee, which drafted and proposed a
new Local Rules package that the Judges adopted. Amongst other note worthy affiliations
is the fact that she is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is Board Certified

Bill, a seasoned business professional with over 30 years experience, has served as a
management consultant with Paradigm Associates, a New Jersey-based, cross country
consulting firm, since 1991. He has developed a niche and successful track record for
getting private companies, particularly those that are family run, to turn themselves
around as well a expertise in working with non profits and municipalities. Bill shares his
experience in strategic thinking and execution in his numerous public appearances and
seminars. He holds an MBA from Rutgers University and has been civically involved in

Pamela founded The Ring Retail Advisory, a multi-channel retail and consumer goods
and services consulting firm after retiring from 22 years as co-founder, Executive Vice
President and acting COO of a multi-sales channel, publicly-traded, specialty
retailer, Gallery of History, Inc. Her expertise is in strategic retail brand
development, turnaround and sales management, retail construction and merchandising.
Formerly an officer with Citibank and Marine Midland Bank of New York City,
she graduated from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, B.S. in Economics,
major: Marketing and holds an MBA from New York University, major: Finance.
She apprenticed in the Executive Buying Program of Bloomingdales and is a member

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations/refunds may not be made on-line.
MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Event registration(s) may be cancelled provided notice of cancellation is sent in writing to us by using filling out our contact form (choose "RSVP Change Notice") and received more than 7 calendar days before the Event. If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid will be paid within 30 days after the Event. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other similar TMA NV Event held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original Event.
LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE EVENT: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant.
FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a Event.
