CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations/refunds may not be made on-line.

MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE CONFERENCE: Conference registration(s) may be cancelled provided notice of cancellation is sent in writing to iiBIG (at 276 Fifth Ave., Ste. 905, New York, NY 10001) and received more than 30 calendar days before the conference. If cancellation is so received, a refund of any amount paid -- less a $199 service/handling/administrative fee -- will be made within 30 days after the conference. In lieu of cancellation, registration may be transferred to any other iiBIG conference held within twelve (12) months of the date of the original conference.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE CONFERENCE: Cancellations may not be made -- nor refunds issued. However, any registration may be transferred to any other employee or member of the same company or organization of the original registrant, provided iiBIG receives written (or e-mail) notice of the substitution within ten (10) calendar days before the event. Notice of substitution must include the name and full contact details of the substitute registrant.

FAILURE TO ATTEND: Refunds or transfers may not be issued to any registrant who fails to attend a conference.

VENUE/DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE: iiBIG reserves the right to re-schedule the date and/or venue of any conference provided notice of such change(s) is sent to registrant at least 30 calendar days before the original date of the conference. If iiBIG cancels a conference for any reason; a complete refund may be made of any and all registration fees paid for such conference. If iiBIG cancels a conference for any reason; and/or if an individual cancels his/her registration for any reason, iiBIG assumes no liability for any non-refundable costs related to travel to and from; and/or for accommodation at the event that registrant may have paid or committed to pay in anticipation of such conference.
